On February 28, Yahui Long announced that the company received a "Notice of Administrative Penalty Advance" issued by the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau on the same day. The Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau believes that the company's information disclosure regarding the brain-machine star chain technology route and product situation is inaccurate and incomplete, leading to or may lead to investors making incorrect judgments. After the relevant information disclosure, the company's stock price significantly deviated from the market trend and experienced abnormal fluctuations, suspected of violating the provisions of Article 78(2) and Article 84(1) of the Securities Law revised in 2019, constituting a violation of misleading statements as described in Article 197(2) of the Securities Law. The Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau proposes to: 1. Order the company to make corrections, issue a warning, and impose a fine of 4 million yuan; 2. Give a warning to the Chairman of the company, Hu Kunhui, and impose a fine of 2 million yuan; 3. Give a warning to the Secretary of the Board of Directors, Wang Mingyang, and impose a fine of 1.5 million yuan.
