Schools in Iran are closed indefinitely.

In response to the current serious regional situation, the Ministry of Education of Iran announced that all schools nationwide will be indefinitely closed starting today, in accordance with the instructions of the National Security Council and the requirements of the national state of emergency. The Ministry of Education clearly stated that the subsequent teaching work will be switched to online teaching mode depending on the stability of the Internet infrastructure. Schools and teachers need to be on standby at all times, and once the network environment permits, online classes will be immediately initiated to ensure educational continuity. Detailed regulations regarding the resumption of classes and specific arrangements for remote teaching will be separately announced through official notifications from the Ministry of Education.
