Spring Festival high-end models Huawei Apple "equal competition"
According to the BCI activation data, during the Spring Festival holiday, Apple's iPhone sales exceeded 4 million units, a year-on-year increase of 110%, while Huawei's smartphone sales exceeded 4.8 million units, a year-on-year decrease of 16%, and Xiaomi's smartphone sales exceeded 3.5 million units, a year-on-year decrease of 31%. Other domestic smartphone brands also saw varying degrees of decline, with vivo down by 15% year-on-year, OPPO down by 7%, and Honor down by 8%. As for sub-brands, OnePlus and realme grew by 111% and 117% respectively, while iQOO saw a 16% year-on-year decrease. In the high-end smartphone market, Huawei and Apple are competing neck and neck. A Huawei national agent told Interface News that Huawei's high-end models priced above 5000 yuan have basically maintained their position, with sales of the Mate 80 series increasing by nearly 30% compared to the previous year, and a market share of over 70% in the foldable screen market.
