Its business scope includes research and development of intelligent robots, sales of intelligent robots, sales of service consumer robots, sales of industrial robots, manufacturing of industrial robots, manufacturing of service consumer robots, information technology consulting services, IoT technology services, etc. It is jointly held by Taihu Robotics Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Sanshiboji Technology Development Co., Ltd., and Tianjin Yicheng Tianxing Technology Co., Ltd.
