Shenzhen issued the "Implementation Plan for the Support of Consumer Goods Replacement and Upgrading with Long-term Special National Bonds in Shenzhen"
The Development and Reform Commission of Shenzhen, along with two other departments, have issued a notice on the implementation plan for the support of consumer goods with long-term special national bonds in Shenzhen. The plan mentions the coordinated arrangement of the long-term special national bond funds and municipal financial support funds allocated directly from the central government to our city. It focuses on areas such as automobiles, home appliances, digital and intelligent products, and continues to promote the exchange of old products for new ones. By the end of 2026, approximately 35,000 cars will be scrapped and replaced, around 180,000 cars will be replaced, 1.8 million home appliances will be exchanged, and approximately 4 million new purchases will be made for products such as mobile phones, tablets, smart watches, smart bracelets, smart glasses, 1.5 million new purchases for smart home products, and 2 million new purchases for other independently implemented smart products, continuously stimulating market consumption vitality.
