Stellar Power Company announces new patent that enables automatic adjustment of rocket docking attitude during spacecraft segment connection.

According to the Enterprise Check App, recently, Beijing Xinghe Dapeng Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd. applied for the patent publication of "docking device, docking system and docking method for rocket fairing section". The patent abstract shows that this application provides a docking device, docking system, and docking method for a rocket fairing section. The docking device includes: guidance device and support components; the guidance device includes: platform bracket, as well as shooting components, control module, and drive module all set on the platform bracket; the shooting component and drive module are electrically connected to the control module; the control module is configured to detect the position information of another set of docking devices and the axial height information of the rocket fairing section carried by this set of docking devices through the shooting component; the support components are set on the guidance device, and the support components are designed to adjust the roll angle and axial height of the rocket fairing section carried by this set of docking devices. The docking device of this application embodiment does not need to move on a fixed track during docking, does not require multiple track changes during docking, does not require manual adjustment, can automatically adjust during the docking of the rocket fairing section, thereby improving the efficiency of the docking process, increasing the docking accuracy, and reducing labor intensity.
