Guterres calls for international cooperation to resolve immigration issues.

On February 27th, local time, United Nations Secretary-General Guterres delivered a speech at the United Nations General Assembly on the implementation of the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration, emphasizing that migration itself is not a crisis, but the real crisis lies in countries failing to work together to effectively manage it. He called on the international community to strengthen cooperation, promote secure, orderly and regular migration governance, in order to uphold human dignity, and promote global stability and prosperity.
