Venezuela's oil funds no longer flow into the United States through Qatar.

US Energy Secretary Wright said on Friday that the proceeds from Venezuelan oil sales will no longer flow into a fund in Qatar before entering an account managed by the US Treasury. Wright added that President Trump currently has no plans to visit Venezuela, but of course, this is a very real possibility.
