Red Tower Securities has hired several new senior executives, expanding the team to a total of 11 members.

Hongta Securities announced the adjustment of senior management positions. The company's board of directors appointed Zhai Xu as the Chief Risk Officer, pending regulatory approval to also serve as the Chief Compliance Officer, no longer holding the position of Chief Financial Officer and Board Secretary. Rao Xiong will no longer serve as the Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Risk Officer. Huang Cangwu has been appointed as the Chief Auditor of the company, no longer serving as the Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Zhou Jiefei has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer, Yan Ran as the Vice President, Bi Wenbo as the Board Secretary, and Ye Biaosong as the Chief Information Officer. Among them, Ye Biaosong was previously the General Manager of the Information Technology Department at Zhongshan Securities, both Ye Biaosong and Yan Ran were hired externally. With these changes, the core management team of Hongta Securities has expanded to 11 members.
