Luokai Corporation announced that the company held a board meeting on February 27th to approve the expansion of the implementation location of the "New Energy and Smart Grid New Type Power Equipment Manufacturing Project" to include the address at No. 257 Wuyi Road, Lucheng Street, Changzhou Economic Development Zone. The deadline for reaching the designated usable status for this project has been extended to December 2026. The company previously raised 403 million yuan through the issuance of convertible bonds, with a net amount of 395 million yuan. As of December 31, 2025, 185 million yuan has been invested in the fundraising project. This adjustment does not change the purpose, total amount, or entity of the funds raised, and will not have any adverse effects. The adjustment has been approved by the sponsor.
