Tianyancha shows that recently, Shanghai Xiaonanguo Haizhiyuan Catering Management Co., Ltd. has been listed as a dishonest executor by the Pudong New Area People's Court in Shanghai for failing to fulfill its effective legal obligations due to lack of execution ability, with a performance status of all unfulfilled. The information shows that as of October 2025, the company has been executed for more than 240,000 yuan in this case. Earlier reports from Blue Whale News showed that the Xiaonanguo brand was founded in 1987, known for its Shanghai-style cuisine, and was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2012. Its subsidiaries once owned multiple brands such as Xiaonanguo, Nanxiaoguan, Huigongguan, and its stores network once covered more than ten cities nationwide. On February 10, 2026, Shanghai Xiaonanguo announced in a public statement on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the operation of the ten restaurants under the Shanghai Xiaonanguo brand is temporarily suspended to cooperate with the group's strategic restructuring.
