The South Navigation announced that in the year 2025, the company achieved operating revenue of 530,642.8 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 28.53%; net profit attributable to the owners of the parent company was 146.01 million yuan, compared to -330.52 million yuan in the same period last year, achieving a turnaround from loss to profit, but still a loss of 105.71 million yuan after deducting non-recurring gains and losses. The total assets of the company at the end of 2025 were 1,295,290.1 million yuan, a decrease of 1.76% from the beginning of the reporting period; the owner's equity attributable to the parent company was 942.06 million yuan, a decrease of 0.40% from the beginning of the reporting period. The increase in revenue was mainly due to the transformation of research and development results, expansion of overseas markets, and recognition of revenue from major contracts.
