Western Gold announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Xinjiang Meisheng has temporarily suspended production due to extreme weather conditions, including heavy snowfall, affecting power supply and transportation in the local area. The suspension is expected to last no more than 50 days. Xinjiang Meisheng generated a revenue of 276,700 RMB and a net loss of -35,943,000 RMB from January to December 2024, and a revenue of 371,082,800 RMB and a net profit of 68,126,800 RMB from January to September 2025. The time for resuming production is uncertain, and the impact cannot be accurately estimated. However, the company's other subsidiaries are operating normally, and the main business is not affected.
