Only some of the company's products exported to the US fell within the scope of protection of 1 of GoPro's claimed design patents, but the company's new design proposal was once again recognized by the ITC as not infringing on that patent. The older generation of products falling within the scope of GoPro's claimed design patent protection are no longer exported to the US, and the current products have been replaced by the new design proposal.
