According to the legal litigation information from Tianyancha, recently, Shenzhen Huazhongke New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and its legal representative, Lei Zirong, have been issued a new restriction order, involving a service contract dispute case. The executing court is Jindong District People's Court of Jinhua City. Previously, the company had already been executed for more than 1.68 million yuan in this case. The company was established in March 2019 with a registered capital of 6.06 million RMB. Its business scope includes research and development and sales of electronic products, domestic trade, logistics information consulting, etc., jointly held by Shenzhen Luomashi Technology Co., Ltd. and Lei Zirong.
