The People's Bank of China Zhejiang Branch recently announced that it has agreed to change the name of Chuanhua Pay Limited Company to Xunhui Pay Limited Company. Chuanhua Zhilian announced on March 31, 2025 that the company has approved the proposal on the signing of the equity transfer agreement by its subsidiary, Chuanhua Logistics Group Co., Ltd., agreeing to sign the "Equity Transfer Agreement" to transfer 100% equity of Chuanhua Pay Limited Company held by the subsidiary to Shanghai Xunhui Information Technology Co., Ltd. The negotiated transaction price is 315 million yuan.
