According to the Henan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, Yang Yongzhi, former deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Zhoukou Municipal People's Congress, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and laws, has voluntarily surrendered, and is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervision investigation by the Henan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision.
