On the 26th, it was learned from Xiangya Third Hospital of Central South University that Professor Nie Xinmin's team, in collaboration with a research team from Hunan University, successfully developed a microfluidic chip that can accurately detect six common bloodborne pathogens within 50 minutes, with a cost of only 30 yuan. This chip is expected to provide valuable "life-saving speed" for clinical infections in terms of diagnosis. The relevant research results were published in the international journal "Analytical Chemistry".
