Bossoft announcement, Liu Shaohua holds 4,989,600 shares, Xiao Yong holds 16,129,300 shares, Zheng Shengwei holds 11,372,300 shares, and Ye Zhangming holds 7,490,200 shares. Each of them plans to reduce their holdings through centralized bidding or block trading for the three months following fifteen trading days after the announcement for capital needs: Liu Shaohua, Zheng Shengwei, and Ye Zhangming will not exceed 1,000,000 shares each, accounting for 0.13%; Xiao Yong will not exceed 1,600,000 shares, accounting for 0.21%.
