Mingke Precision Technology announced that the company publicly issued 35.35 million shares of stock on April 26, 2022, with an issue price of 14.89 yuan per share, raising a net amount of 475 million yuan. In 2026, the company held a board meeting to approve changes to the use of part of the raised funds, using 144 million yuan to acquire 53.2530% of the equity of Anhui Shuangjun Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., including 90 million yuan from the raised funds and 53.7831 million yuan from own funds. Recently, the company, the new implementing entity, the sponsor institution, and the bank signed a "Three-party Supervision Agreement on Fundraising", clarifying the rights and obligations of each party.
