The China Securities Regulatory Commission announces typical cases of brokerage business complaints handling in 2025, elaborating on the direction for improvement in brokerage services.

On February 26, it was learned from industry insiders that the China Securities Industry Association recently reported on the complaint handling work of securities companies in the fourth quarter of 2025 within the industry. At the same time, they also reported on typical cases of complaint handling in securities brokerage business throughout the year 2025, covering five sub-categories of business including account and permission, service and fees, securities trading commission, trading products, and illegal securities fraud, totaling 28 cases. It is reported that each case includes the type of case, title, basic information, handling process and results, and case analysis. The China Securities Industry Association conducted professional analysis based on relevant laws and regulations and business practices, providing practical reference for securities companies in complaint handling work.
