The State Administration for Market Regulation announced today that by 2025, there will be a total of 25.745 million newly established operating entities nationwide. Among them, there will be 9.5 million new enterprises and 16.194 million new individual businesses. The development trend of operating entities is moving towards new and superior, accumulating energy for high-quality development. Emerging industries and future industries-related companies are growing rapidly, with strong innovation momentum. By 2025, there will be 1.134 million newly established companies related to the "8 major emerging industries + 9 major future industries", an increase of 9.9% over the previous year. Among them, sectors such as humanoid robots, civil aviation, and generative artificial intelligence lead the growth, further promoting China's industrial system to move towards the high end of the global value chain.
