According to the Ministry of Transport, on February 26, the estimated total cross-regional passenger flow in the whole society is expected to reach 221.94 million person-times, a decrease of 3.8% compared to the previous period, and an increase of 5.2% compared to the same period in 2025. Among them, the estimated railway passenger volume is 15.65 million person-times, a decrease of 8% compared to the previous period, and an increase of 9.8% compared to the same period in 2025. The estimated total road passenger flow is 202.86 million person-times, a decrease of 3.4% compared to the previous period, and an increase of 4.8% compared to the same period in 2025. Specifically, the estimated commercial passenger volume by road is 32.38 million person-times, a decrease of 2.2% compared to the previous period, and an increase of 4.7% compared to the same period in 2025; the estimated non-commercial passenger volume of small vehicles on highways and ordinary national and provincial roads is 170.48 million person-times, a decrease of 3.6% compared to the previous period, and an increase of 4.8% compared to the same period in 2025. The estimated waterway passenger volume is 0.84 million person-times, a decrease of 14.2% compared to the previous period, and an increase of 19.5% compared to the same period in 2025. The estimated civil aviation passenger volume is 2.59 million person-times, a decrease of 1.7% compared to the previous period, and an increase of 10% compared to the same period in 2025.
