Bethel: Intends to acquire 50.9727% stake in Yubei

Bethel announcement, the company plans to jointly sign a "share transfer agreement" with the shareholders of Yubei Xiangxiang, Ningbo Fengyuan, Hefei Huaxin, Hefei Chantu and other related parties, to acquire 30.4365% of the shares held by Yubei Xiangxiang by Junhong Industrial, 15.0817% of the shares held by Yubei Xiangxiang by Ningbo Fengyuan, 3.6364% of the shares held by Yubei Xiangxiang by Hefei Huaxin, and 1.8182% of the shares held by Yubei Xiangxiang by Hefei Chantu, totaling 50.9727% of the shares held by Yubei Xiangxiang by all transferors. After the completion of this acquisition, Bethel will become the controlling shareholder of Yubei Xiangxiang after the acquisition.
