The Central and State Organs Warning Education Conference will be held in Beijing.

On February 25, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China and National Supervisory Commission held a warning education meeting for central and state organs in Beijing. The meeting thoroughly implemented the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, and the spirit of the Central and State Organs Party Work and Discipline Inspection Work Conference. The theme of the meeting was "strengthening the management and supervision of the top leaders, regulating the operation of power in central and state organs," and reported typical cases of disciplinary violations by top leaders in central and state organs in recent years. The meeting emphasized that party organizations and leading cadres at all levels of central and state organs must deeply study the important speeches and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on party building in organs and the important requirements for strengthening the education, management, and supervision of top leaders. They should set an example and take the lead in enhancing the "Four Consciousnesses", strengthening the "Four Confidences", and achieving the "Two Upholds", promote strict party governance at a higher standard and with more practical measures, and provide strong support for the accomplishment of the goals and tasks during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. The meeting demanded that the alarm bells must always ring, fully recognizing the extreme importance and urgent reality of strengthening the education, management, and supervision of top leaders. It called for guiding top leaders at all levels to set a good example and play a leading role in upholding the "Three Demonstrations" and practicing the "Two Upholds". It is necessary to learn lessons profoundly, strictly and practically strengthen the education, management, and supervision of top leaders, guide the broad party members and cadres, especially top leaders, to always be loyal and conscientious in their duties, enhance Party spirit, set and practice the correct political performance, work hard and take responsibility, strictly adhere to the bottom line, and maintain integrity and self-discipline. There should be continuous and effective implementation of responsibilities to promote the overall strength in strengthening the education, management, and supervision of top leaders. The main responsibilities should be implemented to push for the grounding of supervisory responsibilities, strictly enforce regulations, strengthen the rigidity of systems, and confine power within the cage of the system. Top leaders at all levels should strictly self-discipline, take on their responsibilities seriously, effectively manage their jurisdictions, resolutely shoulder the political responsibility of governing the Party strictly, and serve as role models in building family ethics.
