Songsheng Corporation announced that the company has signed a joint venture agreement with Xi'an Yimai Tongchuang Consultation Service Partnership Enterprise and Xi'an Yimai Rui Power Technology Co., Ltd., planning to jointly invest in the establishment of Shenzhen Songsheng Yimai Digital Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The registered capital of the joint venture company is 30 million yuan, with Songsheng Corporation contributing 15.3 million yuan in cash, holding 51% of the shares; Xi'an Yimai Tongchuang contributing 4.41 million yuan, holding 14.70% of the shares; Xi'an Yimai Rui contributing 10.29 million yuan in technology, equipment, and cash, holding 34.30% of the shares. The joint venture company will focus on the research and development, production, and sales of digital energy products such as server power and AI power.
