China Salt Chemicals announced that the 10th meeting of the 9th Board of Directors of the company will be held on February 25, 2026, using a combination of on-site and video methods. The meeting will be chaired by Chairman Zhou Jie. After deliberation and voting by the attending directors, the motion to appoint the deputy general manager of the company was unanimously passed. This matter has been reviewed and approved by the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors at the first meeting of 2026. The appointee has previously held various positions in the company and currently serves as the deputy general manager.
