China's state-owned coal and shipbuilding companies have established green energy companies.

According to the QiChaCha app, in recent days, China Coal Green Energy Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhao Changlin as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1.2 billion yuan. Its business scope includes power generation, transmission, and distribution; heat production and supply; research and development of wind power systems; and solar power technology services. Shareholding information from QiChaCha shows that the company is jointly owned by China Coal Energy Group's subsidiary China Coal Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation's wholly-owned subsidiary China Shipbuilding Group Wind Power Development Co., Ltd.
