During the Spring Festival holiday in Harbin, the number of tourists received increased by 12.4% year-on-year to reach 13.63 million.

According to the analysis of big data from mobile phone users and the China Tourism Research Institute, during the 2026 Spring Festival holiday, Heilongjiang Province received a total of 30.94 million tourists, an increase of 14.6% compared to the previous year. Among them, 8.416 million tourists were from outside the province, accounting for 28.0% of the total, with a year-on-year increase of 15.4%; and 21.678 million tourists were from within the province, accounting for 72.0% of the total, with a year-on-year increase of 14.3%. In addition, according to the Harbin Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, and Tourism, during the Spring Festival period, Harbin City received a total of 13.63 million tourists, an increase of 12.4% compared to the previous year. Among them, 5.014 million tourists were from outside the province, accounting for 36.7%; and there were 10.6 thousand inbound tourists.
