Fushi Holdings announced that shareholder Song Chunjing, who holds 5.97% of the shares, intends to reduce his holdings by a maximum of 19.2777 million shares, or 2.00% of the total shares of the company, through centralized bidding or block trading within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, for personal capital needs. Among them, the number of shares to be reduced through centralized bidding will not exceed 9.6388 million shares, or 1.00%. The source of the shares to be reduced is from the initial public offering and the annual equity distribution and bonus shares.
