Chongqing Bank: Intends to appoint Wang Wei as Chief Compliance Officer, pending approval of qualifications.

Chongqing Bank announced that the 20th meeting of the seventh board of directors reviewed multiple proposals, including the appointment of Mr. Wang Weilie as Chief Compliance Officer. His qualifications for this position still need to be approved by the Chongqing Supervision Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission. Wang Weilie currently serves as a member of the Party Committee, Deputy President,and Chief Risk Officer of the bank. He has held various management positions at Bishan Branch and served as the President of Cultural Palace Branch. In addition, the meeting also passed proposals on donations for the first quarter of 2026 and the asset-liability management strategy for 2026.
