Yushu Technology's patent infringement case verdict in second instance announced.

According to the QiChaCha APP, recently, L'Oral filed a lawsuit against Yushu Technology for infringement of invention patent rights, and the second instance ruling was announced. The Supreme People's Court rejected all of the plaintiff L'Oral's lawsuit requests, maintaining the first instance ruling that the products of Yushu Technology involved in the lawsuit are not within the scope of the patent protection, and therefore do not constitute infringement.
