Guosheng Technology announced that its controlling shareholder Guosheng Energy holds 108,295,827 shares of the company, accounting for 16.49%. On February 12, it released a pledge of 24,700,000 shares, accounting for 22.81% of its holdings; on February 13, it pledged 2,100,000 shares, accounting for 1.94%, for its own operational needs. After the release and pledge, Guosheng Energy has a total of 63,900,000 shares pledged, accounting for 59.01% of its holdings. Within the next six months, there will be 21.8 million shares due for pledge, accounting for 20.13% of its holdings. In addition, Guosheng Energy is planning to pay a performance compensation of 129.8385 million yuan, of which 65.8385 million yuan has already been paid.
