Its business scope includes engineering and technical research and experimental development, service robot sales, service robot manufacturing, special operation robot manufacturing, industrial robot sales, industrial robot manufacturing, R&D of intelligent robots, and sales of intelligent robots. Shareholder information shows that the company is jointly owned by Guangzhou Automobile Group, Guangzhou Lunchi Investment Partnership Enterprise, Guangzhou Lunbu Investment Partnership Enterprise, and Zhang Aimin.
