According to the Tianyancha App, recently, Nanchang Wahaha Food Co., Ltd. has undergone a change in business registration, with the company's name changed to Nanchang Hongsheng Food Co., Ltd. The company was established in September 2006, with Wang Bin as the legal representative and a registered capital of 18 million US dollars. Its business scope includes the production of beverages, dairy products, and food. The company is jointly owned by Ronghui Investment Co., Ltd. and Lishui Shengjia Beverage Co., Ltd. It is worth mentioning that recently, Nanchang Hongsheng Hengfeng Beverage Co., Ltd., Shanxi Hongsheng Food Co., Ltd., Weifang Hongsheng Beverage Co., Ltd., and Weifang Hongsheng Dairy Co., Ltd. have all completed name changes.
