Chinese companies use large models with an average of 37 trillion tokens per day, and Alibaba Cloud accounts for the highest proportion.

In February 2026, the international market research firm Sullivan released "China GenAI Market Insights: Enterprise-level Large Model Usage Study, 2025H2". The report shows that in the second half of 2025, the daily average usage of enterprise-level large models in China soared to 37.0 trillion tokens, an increase of 263% from the first half of the year's 10.2 trillion. The proportion of top large models has also increased, with Alibaba Cloud's Thousand Questions seeing the largest increase, jumping to 32.1%, nearly doubling from the first half of the year's 17.7%, expanding its leading advantage and becoming the most favored large model among Chinese enterprises.
