The General Office of the People's Government of Hainan Province issued the "Action Plan of Hainan Province to Promote 'Artificial Intelligence +'", proposing to promote the demonstration application of artificial intelligence technology in launch safety control, intelligent processing of satellite data, intelligent detection in aerospace manufacturing and other links. Optimize the launch process, improve satellite data interpretation efficiency, ensure the quality of aerospace products, and promote the aggregation and innovative development of the commercial aerospace industry. Key tasks include: building a digital twin of the smart launch site, realizing AI-assisted decision-making for the entire rocket launch process; establishing a model for intelligent fault identification and failure warning, actively preventing risks before launch; interpreting the "Hainan satellite constellation" images to create an intelligent virtual constellation, integrating artificial intelligence technology, developing a multi-source remote sensing data fusion analysis platform, remote sensing data intelligent processing application platform, and international satellite data trading service platform; building a "super brain" for the satellite and rocket industry cluster, realizing digital twin process control for satellite and rocket manufacturing, and building a smart supply chain platform for satellite and rocket manufacturing.
