Reporters learned from the Beijing Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission that the first batch of urban renewal plan projects for 2026 have been released by the city. The first batch of projects includes a total of 1321, with 745 new implementation projects, 576 projects to be continued from 2025, and a planned investment of 104.95 billion yuan for the first batch of projects in 2026.
