This year, Liaoning Province plans to construct 584 water conservancy projects.

According to Liaoning Daily, it was learned from the water conservancy department that this year Liaoning Province plans to implement 584 water conservancy projects, including 301 key projects; and the planned water conservancy investment is not less than 28.4 billion yuan. In addition to the Gangshan Reservoir, the preliminary work for the construction of new reservoirs such as Yongping, Shengjin, Guanshan II, and Guazhuangling will also be started. The highly anticipated Liaodong Peninsula water resources allocation project will also begin construction work this year.
