The growth prospects of Meta surpass Netflix.

Meta Platforms expects first-quarter revenue to increase by around 30% and plans capital expenditures of $115 billion to $135 billion in 2026, mainly for artificial intelligence. Meanwhile, Netflix, at a similar valuation multiple, is expecting revenue growth of 12% to 14% in 2026. Analysts point out that Meta's forward price-to-earnings ratio is close to the level of the S&P 500 index.
