Guotou UBS Fund announced on February 23 that recently, there has been a significant premium in the secondary market trading price of Guotou Silver LOF under the company. In order to protect the interests of investors, Guotou Silver LOF will be suspended from trading starting on February 24 until 10:30 on the same day, and will resume trading at 10:30 on February 24. During the suspension period, redemption transactions of the fund will be handled as usual. On the same day, Guotou Investment published an announcement that recently, the valuation adjustment of Guotou Silver LOF under Guotou UBS Fund, a third-level controlled investment enterprise under the company, has attracted market attention. Guotou UBS Fund has issued a special work plan related to this matter on February 15. Initial estimates indicate that this plan is expected to have a certain negative impact on the Company's attributable net profit for the year 2026, with an impact amount lower than 5% of the audited attributable net profit for the year 2024, and will not have a substantial impact on the overall business development of the Company. The settlement related to Guotou Silver LOF is applicable to individual investors who redeemed based on the net asset value confirmed on February 2.
