Tongfu Microelectronics announced that the company recently received a notice from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of the application documents for the issuance of shares to specific parties by Tongfu Microelectronics Limited. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange has checked the application documents submitted by the company and deemed them complete, and has decided to accept them. However, this matter still needs to be reviewed by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be implemented.
