Nearly 10 million pieces of content related to the Spring Festival were posted on video platforms. "Zodiac travel" is becoming a new trend for long holidays. The report shows that destinations with names involving the word "horse" have seen a surge in popularity. In addition to visiting Malta and Romania to experience exotic cultures, Malaysia and the Maldives have indeed attracted a large influx of Chinese tourists, with offline transaction consumption amounts increasing by 131% and 186% respectively. The transaction amount on the Malaysian mini-program during the Spring Festival period increased by over 140% year-on-year. During the Spring Festival holiday, mini-programs have shown outstanding performance in the global market, with transaction amounts increasing by over 65% year-on-year. Compared to traditional gift-giving, WeChat's virtual red envelopes are becoming a popular way for people to give gifts during the Spring Festival. This light and mobile "sending exotic flavors before the festival and bringing hometown sentiments after" has led to a fourfold increase in daily gift orders on WeChat's mini-stores. Guangdong province has topped the list as the province with the most red envelope senders and blue envelope givers in the country at the same time.
