China Energy Construction Gezhouba Second Company jointly won the bid for the Liaoning Taizi River Pumped Storage Power Station project.

Reporter learned that recently, China Gezhouba Second Company and Three Gorges Construction Company have formed a consortium to win the bid for the civil engineering of the lower reservoir, underground powerhouse, and tailwater system of the Taizi River Pumped Storage Power Station. After the power station is put into operation, it will provide important services such as peak shaving, valley filling, energy storage, and frequency regulation for the Liaoning power grid, maintaining the safety and stability of the power grid operation. This project holds significant importance in promoting the development of new energy in Liaoning and helping achieve the "dual carbon" goals.
