It is expected that from 08:00 on February 20th to 08:00 on the 21st, some areas in northern and eastern Xinjiang, central and western Inner Mongolia, western Gansu, central and northern Ningxia, eastern and northern Qinghai, northern Shaanxi and other places will have winds of force 5-7, with gusts of 8-10. In some areas of Xinjiang mountain passes and western Inner Mongolia, wind speeds can reach force 8, with gusts of around 11.
