On the busiest day of the Artificial Intelligence Summit in India, Prime Minister Modi organized a photoshoot with 13 business and political leaders, calling on everyone to stand in a row, raise their hands above their heads, and tightly hold hands with the person next to them. Only two people were excluded. The CEOs of OpenAI and Anthropic, Sam Altman and Dario Amodei, happened to be standing next to each other. Embarrassingly, the two refused to hold hands. They simply crossed their arms in the air and avoided eye contact. Amodei used to work at OpenAI, but he later resigned because he felt that OpenAI became too commercialized, choosing instead to start a new business with others.
