European major stock indices closed mostly lower.

The European Stoxx 600 index fell by 0.64%, the European Stoxx index fell by 0.7%, and the Eurozone blue chip index fell by 0.89%. The UK's FTSE 100 index fell by 0.64%, Germany's DAX index fell by 1.03%, France's CAC 40 index fell by 0.54%, and Spain's IBEX index fell by 1.2%.
