Journalists learned from the Ministry of Transport that the total inter-regional person trips today are expected to exceed 339 million, an increase of 11.5% year-on-year, setting a new daily record since the start of this year's Spring Festival travel rush. On the third day of the Lunar New Year, the first "customized high-speed train" departed from Ji'an, Jiangxi, with 415 technicians traveling to Suzhou. Cities like Chengdu and Fuyang have already started sending migrant workers to their destinations, with additional temporary trains to Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen. Today, the national railway expects to transport 13.4 million passengers, with plans to operate 747 additional passenger trains.
