Head of the Department of WTO of the Ministry of Commerce interprets "China's Position Paper on WTO Reform in the Current Situation"

The working group section presented China's priorities for reforming the World Trade Organization. The position paper states that members should develop a progressive, structured plan for WTO reform at the 14th Ministerial Conference, establish a concrete timetable, and expand reform from procedural matters to substantive issues through member-driven dialogue and initiatives.
