Analyst: Woxu Energy's American projects and uncertain growth prospects are still dragging factors.
Jefferies analyst wrote that the execution and growth visibility of Orsted Energy's projects in the United States continue to limit its stock performance. The Danish energy company has secured an injunction against the leasing of its American Revolution and Sunrise wind projects, but legal proceedings are still ongoing, and it is unclear when a permanent solution may be reached. Outside of the United States, the Hornsea 4, Baltica 3, and Greater Changhua 3 projects may make progress in the next two years, offering growth potential. However, visibility on these projects is low. "Even if these projects do make progress, they are unlikely to come online before 2030, suggesting the need to boost growth through project-level acquisitions." Jefferies raised its target price for the stock from 145 Danish kroner to 155 Danish kroner and maintained its hold rating.
